We reserve the right to refuse account registration for any reason and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

OddsDigger Service

OddsDigger provides a service that allows you to browse betting events and odds using our proprietary software. Our platform also provides a technical means for placing bets with selected third-party gambling operators, each holding the required gambling licenses (“Third Party Bookmakers”).

We employ proprietary technology to help you access, view, and manage information, as well as conduct transactions with Third Party Bookmakers—all within one convenient service.

When you click on any odds displayed on OddsDigger, you will either be redirected to the Third Party Bookmaker’s website or connected to their secure betting API service. These environments use encryption and security measures to protect your data. We only display bookmakers that meet our security and reliability standards, and independent regulatory bodies (such as IBAS) are available to handle any disputes.

Please note: OddsDigger does not act as your agent or as an agent for any Third Party Bookmaker. We simply provide the software and platform that allows you to access and transact with these bookmakers. Third Party Bookmakers are entitled to rely on authorizations and instructions initiated by you.

Bet Placement

OddsDigger displays odds supplied directly by Third Party Bookmakers, utilizing real-time technology to provide the latest information. All odds remain the property and responsibility of the Third Party Bookmakers.

While we strive to provide accurate odds and information, OddsDigger does not guarantee availability or accuracy. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing, odds, incorrectly calculated winnings, or displayed markets. Furthermore, OddsDigger is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, inaccuracies, or delays.

When opening a betslip, you will either be redirected to the Third Party Bookmaker’s website or connected to their betting API service. Before placing a bet, you are responsible for verifying that all details are correct. All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility.

Bookmaker Terms and Conditions

Each Third Party Bookmaker operates under its own terms and conditions. These may include procedures for handling errors related to bets placed via OddsDigger. Examples include:

• Incorrect Price: If an obvious error in the price is identified before, during, or after an event, the bookmaker may settle any open bets at the corrected odds.

By using OddsDigger’s services, you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that you are bound by the terms of any Third Party Bookmakers you interact with.
