In these terms, "we," "our," and "OddsDigger" refer to OddsDigger, a private company.

Under 19s

Users under the age of 19 are not permitted to use OddsDigger’s Account Opening Service or place bets using our products. You must also comply with all local regulations and restrictions to access the full Account Opening Service. We reserve the right to refuse to open an account for any reason and will notify you of our decision as soon as reasonably possible.

OddsDigger Service

OddsDigger provides a service that allows you to browse betting events and odds using our proprietary software. This service also provides a technical platform for placing bets with selected third-party gambling operators, each of whom holds the necessary gambling licences ("Third Party Bookmakers").

We use proprietary technology to help you access, view, and manage information and conduct transactions with Third Party Bookmakers within one convenient platform.

When you click on any odds displayed by OddsDigger, you will be redirected to the Third Party Bookmakers' websites or connected to their secure betting API services, which use encryption to ensure data safety. We only display bookmakers who meet our criteria for security and reliability, and an independent industry regulator (IBAS) is in place to handle any betting disputes.

Please note that OddsDigger is not acting as an agent for you or for any Third Party Bookmakers. We simply provide the software and platform that allows you to interact and transact with these bookmakers. The Third Party Bookmakers featured on OddsDigger are entitled to rely on the authorizations and actions initiated by you.

Bet Placement

OddsDigger displays odds provided directly by Third Party Bookmakers, utilizing the latest technology to ensure near real-time updates. However, all odds remain the property and responsibility of the Third Party Bookmakers.

While we strive to display odds and information accurately, OddsDigger does not guarantee availability or accuracy. We are not liable for any errors in pricing, odds, incorrectly calculated winnings, or markets displayed on the OddsDigger app. Furthermore, OddsDigger is not responsible for any losses incurred due to service unavailability or inaccuracies.

When opening a betslip, you will either be redirected to the Third Party Bookmaker’s website or connected to their betting API service. Before placing a bet, ensure that all bet details on your betslip are correct, as you are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Bookmaker Terms and Conditions

Each Third Party Bookmaker has its own terms and conditions, including procedures for dealing with errors related to bets placed via OddsDigger. For example:

• Incorrect Price: If an obvious error in the price is identified before or during the event, or even after its completion, the bookmaker may settle any open bets at the revised odds.
