Winless in the last five matches, Granada are deep in the relegation zone, seven points from safety, and could see the game against Valencia as an opportunity to get a much-needed win.
Valencia, fresh from winning twice in a row against Deportivo La Coruna and Celta Vigo, are now safe in midtable and can afford to play without fear. Valencia are a much better side than Granada on paper, but didn't win away since January and their inconsistency makes them a very dangerous team to bet on. This fixture could easily go either way.
Valencia have certainly found their scoring form, netting eight times in their last three matches, and they could find things even easier against Granada who conceded 62 goals already this season. However, Granada are more than capable of scoring themselves, which make the odds on over 2.5 goals look really tempting at 1.80. In addition, late goals are frequently scored in recent fixtures of both Granada and Valencia, so the odds on a goal in the last 15 minutes at 1.83 are decent too.
