One of the popular locations in the ATP Tour has to be the Swiss Indoors tournament. Played only on the indoor hard court, this professional tennis tournament is regarded as one of the best of its kind in Switzerland according to tennis betting.
Founded in 1970, the tournament was initially part of the Grand Prix tennis circuit during a period from 1970 to 1989. At present, it is part of the World Tour 500 Series. Juan Martín del Potro remains the last player to have ended the dominance of Federer in consecutive seasons.
