16:40 - CAPTAIN WOODIE last won at Taunton on December 8. The 5-year-old bay gelding hasn't raced much as of late but his result is stunning.
Taunton
Racing and horse betting have been taking place at Taunton since 1927. Jumping action takes place at this venue throughout the winter months. Several horses who have won events at Taunton have gone on to achieve great success in their careers – including winning Graded events. While Musselburgh hosts plenty of Class 2 events today, horse racing betting interest will be upon Class 3 events at Taunton. The Bathwick Tyres Seniors' Handicap Hurdle at 15:50 is the most interesting race of them all.

He won at Wetherby on October 29, 2016, and before that he had another three victories and a runner up throughout 2016. Sure bet. Roadie Joe and River Frost should also be considered.
16:50 - SCALES is a legendary 11-year-old bay gelding trained by Miss Kerry Lee. When he came third at Leicester on January 12, he proved that he can eventually start winning. He's had mixed results throughout the years, always missing the first place. It deserves respect. He goes against many maidens and Slidecheck is his main rival.
