Julian Nagelsmann’s Hoffenheim have been one of the surprise packages of the season in the Bundesliga, with league leaders Bayern Munich the latest team to pay a visit to the division’s third-placed side.

Hoffenheim jumped above Borussia Dortmund in the league standings this week, after defeating Hertha Berlin at the weekend, but they find themselves 17 points off the pace that Bayern are setting at the summit of the table.

Hoffenheim vs Bayern Prediction and Betting Advice
Douglas Costa, Manuel Neuer and Thomas Muller are injury absentees for the away side, but Die Roten should have more than enough quality to see them through. Sven Ulreich will deputise in goal once again, but Hoffenheim need to test him.
The hosts will be keen to counter at pace, allowing for Bayern to enjoy the lion’s share of the ball, but it isn’t unthinkable that the visitors might have some problems keeping Hoffenheim at bay.
