Bangor, Kempton, Nottingham, and Salisbury - Horse Racing Tips for September 28

Jonathan Nixon

Bangor and Kempton will be hosting races alongside Nottingham and Salisbury, which offer great rewards, on September 28.

As horse racing action with regard to the flat season enters into its final stages, racing action is only expected to heat up. This is demonstrated by the tremendous competition at the racecourses like Bangor, Kempton, Nottingham, and Salisbury on September 28 as part of horse racing today.

Bangor

Situated on the North Wales border, Bangor has been hosting racing action since 1859 and it is regarded as one of the most historic places in the world. Even though it is a specialist when it comes to jumps racing, it has been a regular in the flat season fixture list as well. Betting tips quite favour this left-handed circuit, which is fairly sharp when it comes to turns. There are some minor surface undulations, but that should not lead to much trouble on a track rated as good for September 28.

Going is good. 3M 30Y.

Bet on MOVE TO THE GROOVE at 14:40. With a 57.14% win rate in 7 runs, he won on 19 August on the same racecourse and looks in great shape. This is a must-watch race, with AQALIM and NET WORK ROUGE also present.

Kempton

Of all the events scheduled on September 28, the 10 Free Bet At 32RedSport.com Nursery and 32red Handicap are likely to be the most popular even in terms of horse racing betting. Since the track is rated between standard and slow, horses may encounter difficulty when it comes to setting the fastest times. The location of the racecourse close to central London is a major reason behind punters, even those who bet online, visiting the track.

Going is standard to slow. No draw advantage.

Bet on TIME TO STUDY at 18:40. In his only race until now - 7th September at Carlisle - he won and seems to be a promising runner. It's quite a risky bet given that he doesn't have a longer history to track.

Nottingham

KFE School Of Frying Excellence Handicap at 15:30 and KFE 20th Anniversary Celebration Handicap at 16:40 are the pick of the events at Nottingham racecourse on September 28. Both these offer excellent prize money and are excited to be a major draw amongst trainers and punters. Both these events are likely to see a flurry of best odds from various bookmakers competing against each other. Since the track is also rated from good to firm, it is expected to present some decent action.

Going is good-good to firm in places. In 6f and 5f when stalls are far sided - Low best and: stands side - High best.

LORD FRANKLIN at 15:30 seems to be the best choice. With a 19.64% win rate in 56 runs, he basically wins 1 out of 5 races and showed plenty of improvement lately, winning his last race at Hamilton (August 18).

Salisbury

Salisbury racecourse may host only five events on September 28, but these are expected to be deeply rewarding for the best horses. Horse racing tips will place focus on the likes of Weatherbys Hamilton Handicap and Bathwick Tyres Conditions Stakes with excellent prize money and motivation to the horses through a track rated as good to soft.

Going is soft-good to soft in places. High numbers have a big advantage in sprints when the going is soft.

Bet on UPSTAGING at 15:55. He won on September 12 at Brighton (his last race) and has a 15,79% win rate in 19 runs. It's a Class 4 race and Pixeleen is the main contender here.
