Match Preview – 14:00 Kick-Off at Stadio Adriatico – Giovanni Cornacchia, Pescara

Bottom of the table Pescara are already 9 points adrift of safety in Serie A and are destined for a return to Serie B in May. The Delfini have won just 2 league games all season and have become the “whipping boys” of the Italian top flight, conceding 68 goals in 31 games, which is the worst defensive record in the entire division.

Juventus look odds on to win their 6th consecutive Serie A title. They sit in a lofty position 6 points ahead of nearest rivals Roma with 7 games to play. Juve haven’t lost in Serie A since their January defeat to Fiorentina – that 2-1 reverse was only their 4th league defeat of the season. The Old Lady look set for Champions League progression too after their terrific 3-0 midweek win over Barcelona.

In the reverse fixture between the pair in November, Juventus enjoyed a routine 3-0 victory with goals from Sami Khedira, Mario Mandzukic and Hernanes. Read our prediction and Pescara vs Juventus betting tips below.

Pescara vs Juventus Predictions

Anything other than a resounding Juventus win here would be remarkable. Juventus had been

holding plenty in reserve before their first leg Champions League tie against Barcelona, and while they were winning games, they weren’t blowing the opposition away. Their win over the Catalonians was only the 2nd time in 11 they scored over 2 goals in the game. Saturday offers Juve a chance to cut loose against already doomed opposition and I expect them to do just that.

This is a very tough game to find value in given the disparity between the two teams. William Hill’s offer of 6/10 for Juventus to win with over 2.5 goals in the best of an ordinary batch of offers. It remains to be seen if Juventus chose to rest any players following their midweek exploits, but Paulo Dybala is 17/20 to score anytime with the same bookies. It’s an offer worth your attention.
