Bristol City are unbeaten in their last four games at home in the Championship, posing poor travellers QPR quite the task this weekend.
Lee Johnson’s men have recently picked up home wins against Wolves and high-flying Huddersfield, scoring seven goals in the process, and have even scraped points away against Norwich and Newcastle.
The hosts have been rather erratic with their form of late, but they have pulled themselves just out of the relegation mire and find themselves four points ahead of 22nd-placed Blackburn Rovers heading into the weekend.
QPR, meanwhile, have lost their last three consecutive games, scoring just once in the process. Tough games against Derby, Aston Villa and Brighton have born them no fruit.
The away side have only been narrowly missing out on shares of the spoils of late, but their form on the road speaks for itself. They have only won twice in 2017 on their league travels.
Bristol City have been both at their best and worst recently, but a home game which promises to take them three points further away from the relegation zone should provide enough motivation for a win.
